Return Policy

Digital Products

All of our digital products, including devotionals, guides, and templates, are delivered electronically. Because these products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all digital product sales are final. If you experience a problem with your file or download, please contact us and we will make sure you receive a working copy.

Physical Products

Our faith-inspired physical items are carefully checked before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation. Items must be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a return.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a product cannot be replaced or if an order cannot be fulfilled. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed once approved.
